This Software package is designed for a Manufacturing plant having several stages of production. There are a number of user types which are supported: administrator, Production Head, Unfinished Goods Head, Finished Goods Head, and Delivery Centre Head. Various types of master are created Material Type, Color Code, Material Code according to the quality of material and whether the end product is for men or women. Facility is also provided for maintaining various packaging units: pairs, Dozens, Boxes etc. Each stage of production acts as a customer for the previous stage of production. The minimum and maximum order quantities are defined. The administrator can create new users and set automatic authentication rights according to their area of specialization. You can maintain an active list of customers and their delivery addresses and link them with order numbers. The system also has provisions to keep logistics companies in the database according the channels of delivery: rail, road, air, ship etc . The system can be integrated with Tally for billing and ordering processes.
